Bread Log

Made some Ginger Ale bread today.

  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 12 oz of warm ginger ale (1 can worth, no diet sodas)
  • 1 tablespoon yeast

Mix the stuff together.
No kneading.
Let raise if you want to.
375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Makes two tiny loaves.

Good: 40 minutes start to finish. The crust is amazing.
Bad: The bread itself is relatively uninteresting.
Going to try it again later with whole wheat and root beer.
